BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
YOU CAN BOOK ALL OF YOUR APPOINTMENTS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR DOWNLOAD OUR APP BY SEARCHING FACE CLINIK IN YOUR APP STORE. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. ANY CHANGES, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND IS NON REFUNDABLE. FOR INJECTABLES YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT 2 WEEKS POST TREATMENT TO FOLLOW UP AS THESE TREATMENTS TAKE 7-14 DAYS TO SEE FULL EFFECT. YOU CAN ALSO CALL OR TEXT THE CLINIC ON 0415 502 064.
We do not offer a refund on purchases if you change your mind.
- Pre-paid treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals.
- We require at least 24 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which is 100% of your deposit.
- We reserve the right to refuse you an appointment if you have more then two failure to attends recorded and will remove you from our services.
- Deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable
- Prepaid treatments will be forfeited if you do not attend and give 24hrs notice.
- You will be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking.
- Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We do not refund or exchange products for change of mind, only if the product is faulty.
