Gift Vouchers
T&C’s:
Expiry: Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Redemption: Vouchers are for products/services at Face Clinik only. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases, unless expired.
Lost Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Booking: Vouchers can be used as a deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the voucher.
Multiple Vouchers: Multiple vouchers may be used in one transaction, up to the purchase value.
Transferable: Vouchers can be transferred but must be presented at redemption.
Exclusions: Some services/products may be excluded.
Changes: We reserve the right to update terms at any time.
