Any prepaid treatment packages remain subject to these Terms and any package-specific conditions provided at the time of purchase.

8. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards and promotional vouchers:

• are non-refundable unless required by law;

• cannot be redeemed for cash;

• may have expiry dates where permitted by law; and

• may be subject to promotional conditions.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

9. Health Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate medical information before receiving treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or other health information may affect treatment suitability and outcomes.
